We believe in using the best ingredients. We pride ourselves in working with local farmers in California to bring the best seasonal ingredients... We work closely with our meat and seafood vendors to make sure all of our proteins are raised without harm; sustainably caught and no hormones added. Head Chef, Andrew Ye, and Sous Chef, Jess Medina work tirelessly to make sure every dish is made with passion and love. We are a scratch kitchen, making everything on our menu from mayo to our famous hamburger patties... Salt and Spoon's goal is to provide our guests with a casual gourmet experience. We want our guests to come in and have that fine dining food experience in a very laid-back and casual vibe. In order to achieve this goal, we truly believe in using the best ingredients and cooking using the best technique.
