AnhThu grew up in San Diego, California and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Arizona State University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in May 2010. While at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, AnhThu worked as an intern for various agencies including, the Tempe City Attorney's Office and Chandler's Prosecutor's Office.
