An electrical Engineer, with over 9 years of working experience, Mr Padi is responsible for managing and streamlining operations and implementation whilst ensuring that best practices are followed in every project managed by Tino Solutions Limited. He has track record in devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield. Mr. Padi is a first class electrical engineer with superior skills in AUTOCAD software tools to manage complex electrical design schematics into simple single line diagrams for easy interpretation and understanding.
Prior to Tino Solutions, Mr. Padi was the Quality assurance/Quality Control Engineer at AMANDI 192MW Thermal Power Plant project, Takoradi. He supervised the whole quality assurance/Quality control chain process of the Project from start to finish. He also worked at Zakhem Construction Ghana Limited (220MW Kpone Thermal Power Plant Project) as Electrical Engineer who ensured adherence to TOP process and ensured all punch list items were attended to and rectified. Mr. Padi work experience extended to Dawnus International Ltd in Lunsar, Sierra Leon. He was Heavy Duty Automotive Electrician for Dawnus International.
Mr Padi holds a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and MBA in Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He is highly skilled and successful professional with rich experience in coordinating tasks both internal and external to ensure rapid, accurate delivery of equipment, materials, and resources. Advanced expertise in reviewing invoices and shipping manifests to ensure full compliance with local customs and international regulations.

Madam Matilda is a Director and Co-founder of Tino Solutions Limited. A hospitality Management expert with over 10years experience in customer service management within the Hospitality sector. She is responsible for stock and warehouse management at Tino Solutions Limited. She Holds HND in Hospitality Management from Takoradi Technical University.
Mr. Patrick Naabedaar is Accounts Manage at Tino Solutions Limited. With Over 10years experience in accounting practice. Mr. Naabedaar oversees Accounting and financial needs of the Company. His many years of experience in the accounting field and his strict, meticulous adherence to accounting and book keeping principles have yielded sterling performance of Tino Solutions Limited over the years. Mr. Naabedaar Holds BSC (Hon) Degree in Accounting. He is currently pursuing MBA Accounting and Finance, at University of Professional Studies Accra.
Mr. Naabedaar is Married with four Children
