As Director of Investments, Amyn is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing the acquisition process, developing capital partner relationships, and assisting with the current portfolio of multifamily assets. Amyn's diverse background includes on-site management, property operations, asset management, construction management, acquisitions, and dispositions. In his time at Titan, Amyn has transacted on over 19,000 units with a total capitalization of over $3.3 billion. Prior to his current role, Amyn additionally oversaw the construction management with successful execution of $100M in exterior and interior renovations across the country. Born and raised in Atlanta, Amyn graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and holds real estate licenses in Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and Colorado. Amyn enjoys traveling, staying active, and watching all of Georgia sports.

Antonio Abreu, Regional Service Director, helps maintenance staff over Atlanta Properties to achieve the company's goals by providing the maintenance teams with work plans and proper solutions. He joined EOS in 2020 as Maintenance Service Director, and shortly after joined the corporate team as a Regional Service Director in 2022. Antonio is from the Dominican Republic and spent 7 years living on the US Virgin Island. He loves to spend time with family and friends as well as playing sports, like softball and basketball.
Brenda Garza, born and raised in Mexico, joined the TitanCorp team back in 2015. She graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Brenda brings 12 years of experience successfully managing properties. During her tenure, she has held various operational and management roles including Associate Community Director, Community Director for other management companies such as The Worthing Companies and Pegasus Residential. Her current role as Regional Director for our company is to supervise multiple communities, and is responsible for overseeing our Atlanta portfolio reviewing accounts payable, financial reporting, market analysis, promotional efforts, and for budget preparation of these assets.
During her free time, she enjoys exploring fun activities with her daughter and spending quality time with her friends.

Brett Richards serves as Chief Investment Officer for TitanCorp. In this role, he oversees investment strategy, asset management and fund management platforms, along with developing capital partner relationships.
Brett brings 20 years of experience working across multiple segments and markets within the multifamily industry. He has led in the completion $17 billion in individual multifamily transactions and asset management oversight of more than 120,000 units across the nation.
Prior to joining TitanCorp, he held leadership roles at Carroll Organization as Chief Investment Officer, LivCor LLC as Senior Vice President of Transactions and Equity Residential as Vice President of Investments.
In his personal time, Brett enjoys playing golf, scuba diving and spending time with his wife Jacqueline and three girls Scarlett, Ella and Sabrina.
Mr. Richards is a graduate of Florida State University where he received a BS in Real Estate. He is also an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and a former board member of NMHC Emerging Leaders.
As an Investment Analyst, Cole is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution on all multifamily investments nationwide. Prior to joining TitanCorp, Cole held roles at Zillow, Greystone, and Stream Realty Partners.
Cole began his career in real estate as a broker, and has been involved in the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of over $80 million of transactional value. During his tenure with Greystone, Cole was responsible for the management and compliance of a portfolio of over 30 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans worth more than $450 million. At Zillow, Cole was responsible for assisting in the distribution of over $75 million of capital into Single Family Residential assets, and working cross functionally with machine learning, engineering, sales, customer service, and broker partner teams.
Cole graduated from the Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance. In his free time, Cole enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his friends and families.

Eddie Caskey joined Eos in 2013 as the Controller. Prior to joining Eos, Eddie was a Property Controller with the Carroll Group in Atlanta for 7 years, overseeing all financial matters for a portfolio of multifamily assets. Previously he served as a Project Manager working on land acquisitions and development for RealtiCorp in Greenville, SC. Prior to RealtiCorp, he was Vice President of Property Accounting, then Vice President of Investment Banking for Insignia Financial Group. He began his career at US Shelter Properties in Greenville, which was acquired by Insignia Financial Group. Eddie graduated from Furman University with a BA in Business and Economics.

Gregory Pappas joined TitanCorp in 2021 as Advisory Director and is primarily responsible for acquisitions in Southwest United States. In 2010, Greg founded BlackSwan Real Estate Partners in Houston and BlackSwan Water Resources (BSWR) in 2011. Currently, BSWR owns a portfolio of water and wastewater treatment plants that serve over 1,500 customers in the Houston area. BlackSwan Real Estate Partners creates partnerships to invest in real estate, seeking to provide superior risk adjusted returns for our partners. Greg started his career at HFF, L.P., and was its youngest partner when the company was created in 2001. Greg graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Agricultural Economics.
As an Investment Analyst, Henry is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution on all multifamily investments in Texas and across the Southwest. A native Houstonian, Henry graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree. Henry joined TitanCorp in June 2022. In his free time, Henry enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for all Houston sports.

As the Managing Partner for Titan Real Estate Investment Group (Titan) and Eos Real Estate Management Group (Eos), Mr. Tabor has the responsibility for identifying, structuring and overseeing all multi-family investments from underwriting, acquisition through asset management and disposition.
Prior to Titan and Eos, Mr. Tabor was a Managing Director for Insignia Financial Group and the senior acquisition person responsible for identifying, structuring and overseeing joint venture multi-family investment opportunities in the United States.
Since 1998, Mr. Tabor has overseen the underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and disposition of $1.8 billion in multi-family real estate. As an alumnus of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Mr. Tabor spent five years in public accounting before beginning his 29-year career in real estate as a controller then asset/acquisitions manager and finally starting Titan in 2003 and Eos in 2009.
Mr. Tabor received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Texas A&M University.

Randy Parks joined the TitanCorp team in 2022 as the Corporate Construction Manager. He focuses on construction projects, including disaster response such as fires, floods, and structural failures. He also oversees all interior renovations and works with property acquisition teams during the purchase and sell of properties.
Before joining TitanCorp, Parks worked on high rise condominium total renovations to planning and development of subdivisions for new construction homes. He also had the privilege to participate in some high-profile projects over the years, including the renovation of President Jimmy Carter's boyhood home. Born and raised in downtown Atlanta, GA, he was introduced to the world of construction and began framing new construction homes. In his free time, Parks enjoys hiking, salt and fresh water fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.

Tara Keeler, based in Atlanta, Georgia, joined the TitanCorp team in 2015. Currently Tara holds the position of Director of Operations. Her position provides direct leadership to our Regional Directors, Marketing, Construction and Training departments. Prior to joining TitanCorp, she spent 20 years at RAM Partners in all roles including Area Vice President. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and kids.

Terry Boger has been with TitanCorp since 2013. She is from Cuthbert, GA but grew up in the Atlanta Metro Area. She has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina Upstate. Terry is a Senior Accountant reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial accounting reports for an assigned list of properties. Before joining TitanCorp, Terry was Controller for 14 years for a regional publishing company, Community Journals, publishers of The Greenville Journal and TOWN magazine and an affiliated internet company OneMinuteNews.com. In her free time, you will find Terry spending time with her husband Bill, their four Great Danes and one horse. She and her husband also run a small Airbnb in Tryon, NC.

Vinny Magro, born and raised in Suwanee, GA, attended Kennesaw State University. Upon graduating from KSU with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Vinny accepted the role as Acquisition Analyst with TitanCorp in June 2021. Vinny tracked multi-million-dollar capital projects, monitored portfolio performance via asset business plans, and developed financial models for potential acquisitions. In March 2022, Vinny transitioned to Asset Management Analyst. In his free time, Vinny enjoys playing lacrosse and golf, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Zach Sampley, based in Atlanta, GA, joined the TitanCorp team in March of 2021. He currently holds the position of Marketing Coordinator. He assists with social media marketing, signage design, and digital advertising. Zach graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Journalism. While earning his degree, he worked as a social media coordinator for his university. He is a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In his free time, he enjoys playing flag football, traveling, working out and spending with his friends and family.
