Tumor micro-environment (TME), particularly cells and molecules that avoid presence and/or activation of reactive lymphocytes, is captured by multiplex in situ stainings and advanced analysis tools; charting TME's heterogeneity is critical to understanding tumor evolution and clinical response to therapies.
