I have been working with log homes for over six years. I grew up watching and helping my dad in home construction and dreamed about log and timber home building since I was a teenager. I enjoy home design and details are important to me. Our goal is to build a log home outstanding in quality and appearance... We are located in Mountain Grove, Missouri. Our log cabins are built with pine logs that average 12" in diameter. They are stripped of bark, the corners are hand-scribed, then notched in a western saddle notch style. Each home has many hours of intensive labor but we believe the finished product is worth the effort... Timberstone Log Homes, located in Mountain Grove, Missouri specializes in custom log home kits. All our logs are hauled in and stripped of bark, sprayed with borate and air dried. We mill flat on both sides of the log making it easier to work with as well as ensuring stability.
