Jeff Bottari

Jeff Bottari is a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership and operations management with a focus on cyber security, fraud and risk management. His exceptional skills in the areas of executive sales management complement a record of success in growing start-up businesses into high value companies. Prior to joining ToucanX, Jeff held several executive positions with start-up and early stage companies including VP of Worldwide Sales at ThreatModeler, and VP of Global Sales at Cymmetria. Before Cymmetria, Jeff held executive positions in high-tech start-ups including Prelert and Trusteer (now IBM Security). In 2007, Jeff was named Vice President and General Manager of CheckFree's (now Fiserv) Risk Solutions Group by the company's COO with the mission to turn around the failing business unit. Within nine months, Jeff had increased the unit's sales by over 400 percent making the group profitable again. Prior to joining CheckFree, Jeff was President of SOFTPRO North America where he held this position since January 2001. He was responsible for creating and managing SOFTPRO's North American operations, including business development and growth, finance and marketing, and customer relations. He created new revenue exceeding $20 million in just under 6 years. Jeff started his sales career as a Regional Vice President with CSC's Financial Services Group in Dallas, Texas where he was responsible for business development and maintaining customer relationships. Before joining CSC, was a commercial lending officer at First Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo) and became Vice President of the bank's Credit Policy and Administration division. Jeff holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and earned a M.B.A. with honors from Fordham University in New York City.

Michael Morris - COO

With over 20 years of experience in cyber security and IT solutions, he is a subject matter expert and proven leader adept at boosting organizational performance through strategic IT initiatives. He led the recovery from a significant ransomware attack, established a comprehensive cybersecurity program, and managed a large IT team, overseeing extensive operations and spearheading the implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts. His project management skills were further showcased at Changing Global Perspective, LLC, where he managed diverse software projects across sectors, ensuring scalability, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The foundational stages of his career at the NanoScience Center of UCF as an IT Manager and as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force endowed him with deep technical proficiency and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence. Now serving as the COO of a leading cybersecurity company, he leverages his extensive background to drive innovation, ensure robust security, and promote strategic growth in the fast-evolving digital landscape.

Moshe Goldberg - CEO, Founder

Moshe Goldberg is a founding partner of Toucan X, a leading global cybersecurity product company. A Michigan native, he has been active in innovation programs, teaching, and community service through his career. His passion for technology and cybersecurity is derived from his work with informations security SMES, and venture capital. Moshe has aspirations for a safe digital future. He sees the need to change from the traditional approaches in protecting data (that are not working) to the unconventional and more effective, agile and affordable offerings of Toucan X.

Scott Olson - CFO

Scott Olson is an experienced executive and advisor to scientific and technology companies, bridging the gap between great ideas and effective business development. He has consulted to hundreds of early stage technology and life science companies on business planning and go-to-market strategies. He has been an executive or strategic advisor to 14 companies which have raised tens of millions of non-dilutive and investment capital; three of these have exited, most recently a SaaS telemedicine company in a strategic sale. Earlier in his career, Scott was a business banker for a $20 billion specialty finance company. Scott earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and lives in Ann Arbor MI with his wife of 30 years and the youngest two of their four children.

Yona Shaposhnik

Yona Shaposhnik is a senior architect & executive consultant with over 20 years of commercial industry experience. He started IT at the age of 15 co-developing a graphical calculator in assembly and machine languages. Current focus: ergonomic cybersecurity. Recently Yona was a lead architect of new smartphone-as-a-key feature for Ford. Demonstrated tremendous success leading and supporting complex business transformation, operational efficiencies, and strategic planning and execution. Yona's creative talent for innovation - from profitability, cash flow, improved customer service, to drive for SLA fulfillment has proven to be a competitive advantage - and leveraged to benefit the corporation as a whole. His talent has enabled EDS to retain a contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars annually and, after personal intervention with the CEO of HP, enabled a unique solution that was the decisive factor in the Company's acquisition of a contract worth close to $1 billion annually.
