Derek K. Ho

She has extensive experience in this practice area which includes but not limited to drafting sale and purchase agreements, assignments, mortgages/legal charges, guarantees, loan agreements in respect of landed properties and dealing with all commercial tenancy-related matters. Judy has acted for major property investors in acquisitions of a series of shops and whole blocks of commercial buildings, and advised certain major developers, such as the Urban Renewal Authority, Hong Kong Housing Society and Hong Kong Housing Authority in their redevelopment projects. Judy also specializes in tenancy matters at both ends - Landlord and Tenant, from drafting and approving tenancy agreements, liaising with other party(ies) to giving advice to tenancy-related issues, disputes and matters.
