Cindy has decades of extensive experience in corporate and civil litigation and has advised banks, accountancy firms, corporations and private clients on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional company, commercial and civil matters including insolvency and receivership cases, commercial disputes, sale and purchase disputes involving assets of high value, fraud and white collar crimes. Her practice also includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, trusts, directors' duties, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.
Cindy was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong (1991) and England & Wales (1992). She speaks English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Judy has acted for major property investors in acquisitions of a series of shops and whole blocks of commercial buildings, and advised certain major developers, such as the Urban Renewal Authority, Hong Kong Housing Society and Hong Kong Housing Authority in their redevelopment projects.
Judy also specializes in tenancy matters at both ends - Landlord and Tenant, from drafting and approving tenancy agreements, liaising with other party(ies) to giving advice to tenancy-related issues, disputes and matters.
Apart from conveyancing practice, Judy also handles probate and trust matters (including testate and intestate matters, drafting wills and trust deeds, advising on taxation matters and administration and distribution of estate and all related arrangements), criminal and civil litigation matters as well as matrimonial cases.
Kelvin graduated with an LL.B (Hons) and subsequently completed his Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of London.
He finished his Postgraduate Certificate in Law (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong, was then admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008, and joined Tonys Lawyers as an associate in September 2024.
