With over a decade of experience supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds through nonprofits, schools, and agencies, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and struggles that people face. In October 2021, I started my private practice, where I offer individual or family therapy via videocall or in the community, primarily utilizing attachment and trauma-informed therapy. I am passionate about helping people process traumatic experiences and navigate frustrating systems and relationships that often seem to do more harm than good. I specialize in helping clients respond to crises and life's challenges, including divorce, and creating a safety plan in response to the experience of suicidal ideations.
