We create new designs from upcycled or repurposed fabric. uLuntu is a term that means humanity in the South African language of isiXhosa. We aim to create a balance between slow and fast fashion. We also encourage our clients to re-purpose their fashion items and not discard them... At uLuntu, we create designs with environmental consciousness in mind. We upcycle old fabric items to produce new designs. We also sell thrift goods that are old to someone else but new to you. Our goal is to make contributions towards the reduction of waste on our planet through design... planet. At uLuntu, we have decided to use design as our contribution. We aim to make something new out of something old to reduce waste, reduce production costs and protecting our natural resources
