Starting the professional career in 1995, Norbert served more than 25 years in senior management and shareholder positions in the industry with focus on automation for automotive powertrain production. While working with global stakeholders for more than two decades, a network of automotive powertrain and investment experts all over the world was established. When he started to push first E-Mobility projects in 2005, it was hard work to convince partners, management colleagues and employees from these ideas. Years later it is confirmed that the plan to push projects for the transformation was the right choice. VANILLA Automation is the result of a continuous drive to support our changing powertrain world. Norbert is a mechanical engineer on bachelor degree (1994) and made his master graduation with focus on finance and strategy in 2015.
