Utah Development Group is Land Entitlement and Real Estate Development Company. We specialize in multifamily entitlement and development (townhomes, condos and apartments). Our goal is to provide great returns to our partners, as well as a quality product at a good price to buyers of our units... On our development projects, we provide our partners between 40%-60% net profit split, which would provide an APR of between 50%-70% annual APR depending on the project... Partnership Structure: Instead of Investors, we are looking for Partners. That is an important distinction. We do not have to have Qualified Investors, which need to be approved by the SEC, instead we create an L.L.C. for every project and make our Partner members. Since we want to do more projects, we are willing to give our partners greater profit splits, therefore making it greater ROI for our partners.
