The purpose of a VIA Rondo session is to help coach an individual towards developing their thinking about a specific performance topic. It takes place within a focused, lively and intense learning environment. The agenda and subject matters to be explored are set and agreed prior to the VIA Rondo event. The uniqueness of the Via Rondo session however, rests in the fact that the participant will simultaneously engage with two coaches whose focus is to help the participant take their performance to a new elevated level. The essence therefore, is to double the coaching impact and harness the learning within a high energy atmosphere...
