Donovan Biss is a born and raised Noosa local to successful Noosa business owners who established in the 70's. Donovan knows Noosa like the back of his hand and is heavily involved in the community, people and projects which have helped shape this beautiful part of the world.
With a strong work ethic and passion for business Donovan has had multiple successful companies and bought and sold and developed personal property since his early twenties.

Introducing James Rigby, Director of Walker & Rigby Estate Agents. If his name sounds familiar, you may know that he comes from a family who have created unique property developments and established Lawyer firm in the Noosa Shire.
James has a project and site management background holding a Builders licence achieved by extensive experience in the construction and property development industry as well as completing a degree in construction management at Queensland University of Technology.
With strong ties and connections in real estate, James is looking forward to representing his clients in a sales capacity and connecting buyers with their dream home.
James grew up in Marcus Beach in the Noosa Shire and now raising his own young family in the area, has an insight into why the Noosa and Sunshine Coast Shires are one of the best places to live in Australia.
Sam has been a long-term resident of the eastern beaches area having spent the over 31 years living in the beautiful Marcus Beach, Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach areas few know the eastern beaches appeal as much as Sam.

Warren has been a resident of Marcus Beach and Peregian Beach for over 31 Years. His experience in the real estate industry includes 31 years in Property Sales and Valuations on the Sunshine Coast, including 25 years in a Private Valuation Practice in Noosa Heads and 8 years in Sales and Valuation on the Gold Coast, while his Sales expertise includes Beachside properties and development sites throughout the region.
Warren's extensive knowledge in property valuation is based on his Associate Diploma of Business (Real Estate Valuation), Associate Australian Property Institute and his long-term work as a Certified Practicing Valuer.
Warren enjoys being an active part of the community, having been involved in many clubs throughout the years, including 20 years with Surfers Paradise SLSC including being Club Captain and Vice President and 5 years with Peregian Beach SLSC as Nipper age manager, 10 years as a Junior Coach with Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union and former Treasurer for the Noosa Malibu Club.
