VirNetDB is a comprehensive yet compact and easily accessible database of over 9000 reference viral proteomes. It provides pre-calculated protein-level annotations, phylogenetic relations, and information about the viral host. It also provides a viral similarity network based on the shared conserved protein domains that uncover discreet relationships between certain viral groups. All information is contained in a user-friendly interface and can be downloaded.
