John has lived in Central Oregon on and off since 2009 (permanently since 2013) where he and his wife Marcy have their children, 7 grandchildren, and are dog parents to two rescues. This is his second time here at Volvo Cars Bend as General Manager. He has been in the automotive industry for over two decades. His passion is full transparency with our clients and deliver a differentiated customer experience in Sales, Service, and Parts.
I came to Bend in 2008 in the middle of the recession. I doubted my career in sales until I realized that no one had money to buy cars. I stuck it out and gained a love for helping my clients find the right vehicle that fit into their lifestyle. Outside of work I love hangin g out with my best friend and wife who are the same person and listening to vinyl on my turntable and vintage tuner and amp. I love representing Volvo and believe fully in just how safe these cars are. Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Sherief has been in the auto industry since 2016. Sherief has been in Bend since 2020. His focus has always been on customer service and how to create a more transparent and trusting environment in the dealership world. He strives to bridge the gap between customers and sales consultants by placing emphasis on transparent and honest transactions. In his free time, Sherief loves to hike, cook, spend time with family and just enjoy every moment that is given to him!
