WESTATE CORRECTIONS NETWORK

Westate Corrections Network was established in 1993 to administer the community corrections program in the 27th Judicial District comprising Obion and Weakley Counties and the 29th Judicial Districts comprising Dyer and Lake Counties. We are one of nineteen community corrections agencies that is fully funded by The Department of Correction Division of Community Corrections... Westate Probation Services, the counterpart of Westate Corrections Network, supervise offenders placed on probation for misdemeanor offenses, i.e., maximum sentence being 11 months, 29 days. We provide misdemeanor probation for Obion County General Sessions, Dyer County General Sessions, Dyersburg Municipal, and Newbern City Courts.
