Mr. Decker is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG) and Registered Professional Geologist in Wyoming and Utah, with over thirty years of experience as a geologist, hydrogeologist and technical sales representative. He has provided expertise to governmental agencies, municipalities, consulting engineers, mineral exploration and mining companies, drilling contractors and attorneys, while employed by the Navajo Nation, Wright Water Engineers, Johnson Division UOP, and, since April 1983, as principal of WWA, Inc. This experience is primarily in the water supply field as chief project hydrogeologist, in addition to water rights and groundwater contamination/litigation cases as an expert witness. Hydrologic and geologic computer data base management experience has been applied on projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
