Over his 25 years in business, Scott has worked for small and large companies as well as being a co-founder and co-owner of Matrix Environmental Inc. based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Matrix was a startup in 1999; over the next eight years, it grew to become a company with 75 employees doing business in five provinces in Canada, and around the globe. In 2006, Matrix Environmental Inc. was sold to a major oil and gas services company.
Since that time, Scott has been the Director of Business Development for Envirosystems, an international environmental services company working on opportunities across Canada, USA and Latin America, including Cuba, Colombia and Ecuador. Scott was also Director of Business Development with Irving Oil developing M&A opportunities across North America and Europe. Scott also developed and led the execution of a sales and marketing strategy for North America and an export strategy for Latin America, the Middle East and South East Asia for Irving Oil's lubricant division, Irving Blending & Packaging.
Scott believes that the success of any organization is built on the strength of its team, and that when each member uses their strengths and years of experience to achieve a common vision, everyone thrives. With that in mind, the Waycred team is off to a great start.

Taylor is an industry expert with over 25 years of experience in the automotive OEM and aftermarket lubricants business. He credits his success to establishing great relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, and having a passion for the automotive supply market.
Taylor began his career with Ford Canada at a Toronto-based dealership and soon began working for CRM and DMS Companies, Reynolds & Reynolds, and The Higher Gear Group, as National Training Manager, selling and supporting software management solutions and processes to new car dealers across North America. In 2007, Taylor joined Castrol-Wakefield Canada as a Business Development Manager - OEM. After almost 10 successful years with Wakefield, Taylor incorporated, and became CEO of Drive Sales Inc, an Ontario-based lubricant distributor and sales agency representing Canadian brands such as, Powercases Inc, Pitstop Connect, Klondike Lubricants and Safety-Kleen (Performance Plus Products). After three years, working closely with new Canadian startup businesses and having the pleasure of representing their brands as well as distributing lubricants to the aftermarket, Taylor sold his business and joined Irving Blending & Packaging as their Private Label and Key Account Manager and relocated his family back to his roots in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
