WILSON VALLEY MERCANTILE

In September 2022 the distillery opened to the public and we'd love for you to come out into the country and learn about our operation as a farm distillery, we grow the grain that we distill from. Seed to glass, grain to glass, farm and field to glass or most recently we've settled on seed to sip. We also sell our locally grown, responsibly raised beef from the tasting room. If you are looking for a package of premium ground beef or a whole beef reach out and we will be happy to help you.
