AM Wings is headed by Angelos Markides. Angelos holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and has more than 17 year experience in Mixed Used Developments as the CEO of Aphrodite Hills Resort (AHs) in Cyprus... Our purpose is to provide top level consulting services in the sector of ‘Mixed Used Developments', an amalgamation of elements under one umbrella - each complimenting the others. These projects usually focus on a specialized element - like a golf, a marina, a wellness center, etc. - but the main profitability comes from the development of real estate. They usually incorporate also an element of hotel accommodation as well as a spa, retail, and F&B outlets... We work with the shareholders to set up specific targets. Our fees are based only on achieving these targets. We charge no fixed fees as we believe in a win-win scenario.
