DEBBIE TAYLOR

As a result of her almost 23 years with the company, Ms. Taylor's roles are extensive. In addition to providing administrative expertise to the team's significant case load of reports, she functions as both project expediter and contract administrator to guarantee on-time delivery of project documents for every job from causation reporting to expert legal testimony. Not only is she responsible for scheduling and follow-up, she also manages all accounts payable and accounts receivable for WJA's broad range of clients in several states and a few foreign countries. It might be said of Ms. Taylor's significant contributions to the team's success: "Do you want to talk to the man in charge or do you want to talk to the woman who knows what's going on?"

JOSE FERRER

Mr. Ferrer's extensive commercial design experience covers a vast array of office buildings, including airplane hangars, retail/commercial buildings, banks, schools, warehouse/ maintenance facilities, concession buildings and sheds in public parks. His residential building expertise includes the design and calculation of foundations, columns, beams and headers, slabs, floor and roof trusses, truss layouts, building sections, floor plans and the development of numerous special details as requested. Designing roof and exterior wall systems, both for residential and commercial clients, is one of his special talents.

MICHAEL THOMPSON

As a structural engineer, Mr. Thompson has been designing residential and commercial buildings since 1994. His work includes building inspection, vertical structure design, existing building analysis, plans preparation and specifications, economic analysis and structural reports for numerous types of building structures. He has worked extensively in the commercial and residential roofing and building envelope industry with a specific focus on load designs, damage analysis and causation reports. He currently holds a license to practice in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

MICHAEL THOMSPON

NATHAN MALLOTT

As both a licensed drone pilot and licensed thermography technician, Nathan's responsibilities for WJA include providing the resources and technical support necessary to validate roof damage and assess the overall condition of the roof. His specialty of knowing how to best utilize today's drone technology while taking advantage of his experience in roofing patch and repair gives depth and credibility to each report as well as providing peace of mind to the client. In addition to his time on the ground, Nathan has experience up on the roof where he learned the intricacies and special concerns of various roof assemblies such as shingle, TPO, built-up and modified roofs and sheet metal.

TERRY MALLOTT - COO

Following his instincts as a successful sales representative in both the insurance and HVAC fields, Mr. Mallott honed his credentials in the roofing industry by focusing on roofing and waterproofing sealants. He underscored that focus by creating Heartland Roofing Consultants (HRC) in 2003. His primary clients were public school systems, universities, hospitals, government entities and manufacturing facilities across the Midwest. HRC's range of services included developing strategic asset management programs, maintenance programs and design specifications in addition to project management. Mr. Mallott celebrated 14 successful years with HRC by selling the company to a key employee and relocated to Florida where he joined the WJA team as President in 2019.

Timothy D. LEVINE

One of the newest members of the WJA team, Mr. Levine came to WJA Consultants with an impressive 30+ year background as a development architect. In addition to developing more than a dozen Embassy Suites Hotels, he served as Chief Architect and VP of Architecture and Design for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation for 18 years. During that time, he designed and constructed almost $1 billion of real estate on four continents and in 11 different countries. He is also a Certified Building Safety Assessment Officer for the California Office of Emergency Services. His role with WJA includes serving as a hospitality industry consultant to the team.
