Your Balloon Flight is a web based software package to handle all the needs of Hot Air Balloonists from the novice to medium sized companies. The management system covers five areas, Crew Management, Flight Manifest, Waivers, Documents and Expiration Dates. Crew Management covers crew calls, assignments and managing crew waivers. Flight Management allows passengers to purchase the flight, schedule, communicate with passengers, provide flight certificate, waivers and communication with social media and passengers. Waivers can be signed electronically, stored with a photo of the passengers in the balloon, handle multiple types of waivers, maintain current crew waivers and sending out waivers. Documents allow the user to easy keep track of hot air app, currency, annuals and documents which need to be kept for flight check in at events as well as FAA inspections.
