I am a leader for teams consisting of specialist designer. BIM-Authors will be happy with my contributes. What are roles of BIM Coordinators? As a BIM coordinator, I only represent one team. My team of system planner can consist of BIM modeler, specialist planners, architects, statics or more. They draw and I only manage this team. My role is a contact between my team and the client's BIM Overall-Coordinator.We exchange certain informations with external BIM coordinators of other teams. Where is a BIM Coordinator responsible for? The subject area is one of the following: Building technology, architecture, structural engineering or more. My individual team creates a building model into one central. We must design according to descriptions provided by strategical BIM Manager. Every team may work correctly for: Internal quality management Coordination of the individual planning Content check according to descriptions Collaborative communication How does BIM Coordination work in detail?..
