YAYASAN PEMBANGUNAN LABUAN

Established in 2014 through the registration of the Labuan Financial Services Authority, the Labuan Development Foundation (YPL) is an NGO affiliate built on the trust of Labuan citizens to representatives of non-governmental organizations to assist the overall development of the Labuan island. We are committed to developing Labuan as a smart island that is alive, conducive, prosperous and sustainable in line with the aspirations of its citizens... YPL core activities across Labuan are divided into five categories, covering all aspects of Labuanite lives. Our strategic partners will be added from time to time as we grow.
