Having successfully built an award-winning pension audit and assurance practice, I launched Progress Accountants in 2017.
I went to the University of Plymouth to complete an engineering degree but upon leaving I found myself working for one of the ‘Big 4' as an accountant.
I have over 25 years of experience as an accountant, and 7 as a business owner. I understand the pain business owners go through setting up and growing their businesses.
I am keen to help our clients avoid the pain points I experienced through efficient record-keeping, daily bookkeeping and forward-looking financial information.
I have been working in accounting for 9 years. I'm excited to be at Progress Accountants as they are a forward thinking company that use the latest and best technology to ensure clients receive the best service possible. I take pride in the high level of service we provide while working with business owners to help them grow.

Sam is Progress Accountants' Accounts Assistant, working closely alongside Lee on client matters. He enjoys both liaising with clients and carrying out the ensuing work which covers all areas of tax advice and accounts preparation.
Sam likes meeting new people, enjoys interacting with clients and learning about their businesses. He has strong numerical and analytical skills and is also a good communicator.
