KPL SOLICITORS - Key Persons
Bozena is the founder of KPL Solicitors Limited.
After receiving her law degree from the University of London, she completed training at the boutique law firm in Shoreditch, London. She went on to gain further experience in the corporate arena, including commercial and residential property law and private client law.
As a qualified notary public, Bozena is often called upon to authorise documents for use in foreign jurisdictions and arrange the legalisation of documents via the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and specific foreign embassies.
Bozena has a friendly and pragmatic approach to her work. She prioritises her clients' needs and objectives and understands the importance of good communication and believes that the most important thing for a client is to be able to trust their solicitor, to know they are doing all they can to help them and to achieve their objectives.
After a busy day at the office, Bozena loves to de-stress with a body combat workout session. In her spare time Bozena enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
Something few people know about Bozena: in August 2015 she reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to watch the sunrise. A spectacular moment and one that took sheer determination and absolute focus to complete.

Cressida joined KPL in 2022 as the practice manager, after working as a manager in the high-end jewellery industry for many years. Her role is to do what needs to be done to make the practice run smoothly. Cressida works closely with our Managing Director and other staff to make sure that we have what we need in order to give our clients the best possible legal service.
Cressida is the first point for contact for all our clients, suppliers and contractors. Her role includes managing our resources and facilities to achieve maximum potential, support our team and grow our business.
Cressida is very organised, approachable and takes pride in her work.
Outside of work Cressida spends her time with her fiancé and young sons. She enjoys keeping fit with regular ballet and yoga classes.
Joanna has graduated in January 2020 with a master's degree in accounting from King's College London. She has a solid academic foundation in financial reporting and analysis and practical experience in management and customer service. She also holds a first-class bachelor's degree in Business Management from Queen Mary University of London.
She joined KPL Solicitors in August 2020 as a paralegal and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023, with her vast experience in customer service she is an asset to the firm.
She promotes and enhances a culture of client first service within the office to ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service. Joanna develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients and supports the development of further business opportunities.
Joanna's biggest passion is running - she enjoys long-distance runs around the Waltham Forest area, as well as walks with her dog - Bella.

Milan is a business development specialist. His role at KPL is to support the growth of the business while building value across every aspect of our service offering. With over 25 years in international business he brings a fresh approach to the company through strategically focused marketing and sales.
Milan is adept at negotiating and building long-term relationships with our partners, suppliers and associates, which means we can offer a broader and more in-depth range of services to our private and commercial clients.
Milan loves spending time with his wife and young daughters. He is interested in politics and enjoys following what is happening in the world.
