Steven has 35 years of experience in the property industry first spent running his own investment and development consultancy advising institutional clients with a particular specialism in forward funding , to then moving client side and carrying out numerous added value investments and developments in Greater London and the South East. Steven spent the early part of his career working for a number of large property companies including P & O Group and Ladbroke Group PLC.

Yvonne has come from a strong administrative, marketing and programme management background having worked for some major names including UBS Investment Bank and Reuters. She is head of marketing and office manager.
