Before founding The Share Theory, Frances gained a wealth of experience in the events and market intelligence industry, including building the European research practice for TowerXchange, a leading market intelligence and events business in telecoms infrastructure. She has also been involved in Impact Capital Africa since 2018, supporting the team with content and event development and as a Non-Executive Director.
Tara has been helping businesses and not-for-profit organisations market their products and services for 15 years. Her marketing experience around the world help ICA connect investors and businesses looking for finance.
Tiffany's background is in mechanical engineering and business operations. Her varied experience in management consulting and engineering project delivery sparked a desire to combine positive impact with sound business practice. After working in Zambia on a mining project she joined ICA to support the end to end process of getting businesses operationally ready.
