Bobby comes from a regulated sales background and has spent the last 6 year within the recruitment industry with the last few years specialising within the financial services space. Bobby is our Intermediary expert, specialising in the placement of mortgage brokers and support staff across the UK mortgage sector. Bobby is a founding member of ‘Podium' having previously worked in various recruitment firms alongside Daniel Greenhalgh and was recently promoted to Sales Director. He has a natural passion for the sector and has many notable client relationships across the UK and is always keen to expand his current network.
Bobby is a proud Southerner and loves spending time with his wife Sophie, and new daughter Eden, and following his beloved football club, Chelsea FC.

Daniel Greenhalgh is a multiple award-winning Executive search specialist who has spent the last 7 years recruiting in the Financial Services space, specifically the Property Finance and the Bridging & Development sectors. Daniel is the "go-to" person in relation to Senior and C-suite Level hires across Credit and Origination functions with his knowledge of these specialist sectors enabling Daniel to build a large network of industry professionals. He has a track record of working with the most influential innovators & leaders within the industry.
As Managing Director, Daniel also oversees all origination for Podium Recruitment and ensures our best in class service is maintained.
In his spare time, Daniel loves to spend time with his two young children and Fiancé Laura. He follows Manchester United and has a guilty pleasure for karaoke and Michael Bublé
Dan Greenhalgh heads the Specialist Finance team. The Team offers a partnered solution for clients in the Bridging & Development space for all their staffing needs. Over the last 8 years, Dan has built an unrivalled reputation for knowledge of the sector, its people, and for consistent delivery of his clients' instructions.

Jordan joined 'Podium' in August 2022. His most recent working experience has been within the Utlities sector, however, prior to this Jordan spent 11 years in the British Armed Services latterly as a junior non-commissioned Officer. He has served his country on operational tours of Afghanistan (Helmund Province), Cyprus (NATO), The Falklands, Kenya, Canada and during this time was promoted to Corporal which required him to lead groups of soldiers in critical situations. Towards the end of his Army career, being in the top 10% of Infantry Corporals, he was selected to train-up rookies to fully qualified soldiers.

Paul joined ‘Podium' in 2021, having spent 43 years in the Banking industry with Yorkshire Bank (Virgin Money) and NatWest. He brings a wealth of knowledge in business finance, and management processes, and his main role will be to oversee the growth of the business and the development of further specialist desks to provide additional opportunities from an ever increasing and diverse client base.
In his spare time Paul plays golf and supports Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

In his time with Podium, Tom has amassed a wealth of knowledge within the Bridging & Development space as well as building successful and robust client relationships.
Tom is known for his great attention to detail and ability to deliver challenging assignments, a skill set developed during a long prior career in Travel consultancy and enhanced while at Podium.
We are please to confirm that Tom was promoted to Senior Consultant in July 2022.
Tom represents 50% of the company's Southern contingent and naturally supports Manchester United.
Tom, and wife Annick, are pleased to announce the birth of their first child. A boy. (5/9/22)
