"I specialise in making the best tasting Novelty Styled cakes with a real visual WOW appeal. I supply cakes for weddings, celebrations and corporate events, whether they are carved, illusion style cakes, novelty cakes with models and figures or gravity defying structures... I discovered a real passion for novelty styled cakes and a few years ago began competing in international competitions, where I have won Gold, Silver and Bronze awards, as well creating a number of display pieces for larger, collaborative feature exhibits at the show... This has all led me to teaching my own classes, which I thoroughly enjoy! My purpose built cake studio in Beverley, is a light, airy space for up to 6 students.
