QUBIC GROUP - Key Persons
Andrew is Qubic's in house General Counsel and he is based at Qubic's London office.
Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and he previously worked as a commercial litigator, conducting cases for UK and international clients in the High Court and in London arbitration.
Prior to joining Qubic Andrew worked in a boutique City law firm specialising in shipping, international trade and insurance.
Andrew provides internal legal expertise and advice on all matters tangential to Qubic's core services, including advising on commercial and contractual matters to support the continued development of Qubic's areas of practice and business offerings throughout its network.
Chris joined Qubic in 2012 and is based at Qubic's London office in Mayfair. Chris was involved in both onshore and offshore tax for over 12 years, providing tax advice to both private clients and corporate entities.

David Graham is a Chartered Accountant who worked in London for a Big 4 firm (KPMG) before relocating to the North to focus on niche tax planning. David regularly travels between Qubic's London office and Newcastle office, working with firms and clients across the UK.
David advises on various tax efficient reward solutions, as well as on various trust, property and restructuring engagements typically for owner managed and family businesses. David also has a strong focus on remuneration planning for Qubic's clients across the UK and abroad.
David regularly liaises with various tax Counsel on technical planning matters and often lectures on current contentious tax matters and speaks at professional body seminars.
Lauren is based at Qubic's Newcastle office and has been assisting clients and their advisers, with the implementation of tax advice since joining Qubic in 2018.
In her current role, Lauren is focussed primarily on advising businesses and their owners on tax efficient solutions suited to both their business and personal longer term objectives.
Lauren has quickly progressed from a Team Administrator position through to her current role as a Tax Associate. She is currently working towards her ATT qualification and hopes to continue to progress in the industry to further strengthen Qubic's offerings to clients and advisers across the UK.

Neil was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 (but is currently not practising) and historically worked in private client areas assisting clients with wills, trusts, probate and inheritance tax planning before joining Qubic.
Neil is a Director of Qubic Tax Advisory and for the last 10 years, Neil has worked with Qubic's advisors and clients across the UK on various tax advisory engagements. More recently, he has a particularly strong focus on remuneration planning for our UK based corporate clients; advising on the most tax efficient solutions for their specific needs. Neil is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Peter is based in Qubic's Newcastle office, having joined the firm in 2016. Starting out in a Team Administrator position, Peter gained considerable experience in the management of both client and adviser relationships and quickly progressed to his current Tax Associate position.
Peter is currently working towards his ATT qualification and hopes to continue advising Qubic's clients and their advisers on a range of tax efficient solutions. Peter is already looking beyond his ATT qualification and hopes to become a Chartered Tax Adviser in the future.
Peter has a particularly strong focus on business preservation and remuneration planning for our UK based corporate clients; advising on the most tax efficient solutions for their specific circumstances.
Sarah assists Qubic's clients and their advisers with the implementation of their tax advice and is primarily focused on advising businesses and their owners on tax efficient solutions suited to both their personal and business longer term objectives. Sarah is also experienced in assisting clients with tax disputes and settlements, and is knowledgeable in dealing with disputes with HMRC including negotiation and settlement options.
Prior to joining Qubic in 2017, Sarah worked in practice for 13 years, primarily in compliance, audit and management accounts, working with owner managed business and SMEs.
Sarah is based at Qubic's Newcastle office and is a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Vicki is based at Qubic's Newcastle office and has worked at Qubic since the firm first opened in 2008.
Vicki has over 10 years' experience in the tax and finance sector, and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), having decided to progress with a career in tax after graduating with a BA Honours in Business and Management.
Vicki manages relationships with a large number of advisers and clients throughout the UK, advising business owners on a range of tax efficient solutions and ensuring that Qubic's services are available to clients and advisers looking for tailored expert advice, as well as guiding and advising them through the advice process.
