I am part of the People Team at 1Spatial and currently act as People Team Assistant. I studied Business Management and HR at Nottingham Trent, where I got my CMI and CIPD accreditation.
Previously I have worked for the NHS as a HR Leadership and Culture Intern in their Organisational Development Team which encouraged me to continue my career into HR.
My role is supporting the Utilities sector in its digital evolution and helping to solve spatial data challenges to improve the UK energy networks. I've been working within the UK utilities sector for over 10 years now and have developed a good understanding of the key players and market themes. I have a passion for the renewables sector and how we can improve this space in the UK. In my spare time I like to play my part as a failed DIY expert, and one day I will perfect this skill!

Andrej is a foundation member and Fellow of the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI). Has served on the SSSI National and Victorian SSSI Land Survey Commission since 2006 until July 2018 and is on the Victorian committee since 2018 and currently the chair of the Victorian division.
Andrej has been involved in the Spatial Industry since 1979. He started at the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works where he was involved in a variety of survey activities from Minor and Major Construction, Geodetic, Cadastral, Topographic to name but a few.
In 1983 he undertook the Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) at the RMIT. Upon completing the course (with Distinction) in 1986 he commenced Post Graduate studies in Land Data Management at the RMIT University.
In 1991 he commenced employment with TOPCON Australia becoming the state manager for Victoria and Tasmania.
In 1995 Andrej joined LISTECH until the end of June 2018. In his time at LISTECH, Andrej was involved in all aspects of the business from establishing and managing the Leica Geosystems agency from 1995 to 2000. To providing Support, Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management for LISTECH's product range.

Andrew joined the Board in September 2016 and was Executive Chairman from 30 December 2016 until 31 January 2018 when he became Non-Executive Chairman.
Andrew brings significant experience to 1Spatial from both a technology and equity capital markets perspective.
Andrew led The Innovation Group plc from 2009 until its sale to Carlyle Group in 2016 for £500 million. During this time, the company grew to be a global business providing business services and software solutions. He has also been Chairman of Kewill plc, a leading international supply chain software business, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Civica, a leading UK IT services business and prior to this was Non-Executive Chairman of Vega Group plc until its sale in 2008 to Finmeccanica SPA for £61 million.
Andrew started his career at ICL and then led the management team that turned-around private-equity owned Data Sciences (then a leading BPO business), which was sold to IBM in 1996.
Key areas of responsibility for Andrew as Non-Executive Chairman are:

I was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal where I completed my Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics in 2010. I worked for Smart Telecom, an emerging mobile network provider in Nepal for 3 years as Radio and Access Network Engineer. I had to design, inspect and maintain 2G Mobile Base Stations in rural parts of Nepal.
In 2014, I moved to Australia in pursuit of higher education and a better work role. I completed my Master's degree in ICT from La Trobe University, Melbourne and started my career as an Intern at Spatial Partners. It was here that I was introduced to FME, GisCloud, MS Power Platform and other GIS technologies. I worked as a GIS Consultant/ GIS Developer and was involved in various projects such as NBN MI to AutoCad conversion, NBN field inspection, City Council assets management and inspections. I have gained much experience from Spatial Partners and I would like to gain much more here at 1Spatial.
I am also a heritage enthusiast and am involved with Chiva Chitya organization as a Volunteer developer where we aim to conserve old Chiva and Chaityas of Kathmandu. Besides this, I love to play Table Tennis and love photography (although I'm still learning).

Bob joined Laser-Scan (which became 1Spatial) in 1998, and his main goal has always been to understand how to create products and solutions that maximise the value that 1Spatial can deliver to its customers. In doing this, Bob looks to understand the patterns behind creating valuable products, and the processes that support great solution delivery.
His primary areas of in terest are in harnessing cognitive divers ity, rules-based patterns, data modelling, geospatial data management, quantitative data quality management techniques and spatial data infrastructures.
After 15 years of delivering products and solutions to 1Spatial's customers in all industry sectors, Bob moved to head up the Consulting team, bringing the group operation together with project management, group direction, architecture and agile methodologies.
In 2018, Bob became COO at 1Spatial. He is also 1Spatial's Chief Product Officer.
Charley joined 1Spatial in March 2022 following 18 years at Ordnance Survey GB. Trained as a Cartographer, he is very familiar with working with geospatial data, in many different use cases, and worked with clients across the public, private and third sectors.
Charley manages 1Integrate, the patented rules engine which sits at the core of 1Spatial's products and services. He believes in the power of geospatial data to help change the world for the better and takes a user-focused approach to Product Management. With years of experience in design, he champions UX, helping to ensure that 1Spatial products are intuitive and meet real user needs.
I joined 1Spatial in 2021 as a Graduate Consultant in the Cambridge Consultancy team after studying Physical Geography with applied GIS at university.
Claire has been CEO of 1Spatial since January 2017 having previously been the CFO.
Claire is passionate about leading and working collaboratively; making the best of her team's skills to create a great organisation and a positive culture - extending this approach to all other stakeholders including customers and partners.
Claire is also passionate about Innovation and Data. Since being the CEO, Claire has championed the Innovation Process both internally with employees but also externally with customers. Claire believes that working collaboratively with clients and using some of 1Spatial's leading tools such as 1Integrate is a great way to create new innovative solutions. Currently, Claire is championing a number of key innovation programmes within the organisation including 1Integrate 3D, 1Water (Esri based solution), Supply Chain Data Management (1Data Gateway) and Artificial Intelligence based solutions.
Having worked in finance, Claire is no stranger to issues in relation to poor quality data and recognises the importance of getting an excellent return on the data investment. She is a great believer in good data governance and building innovative solutions that can then capitalise on the high-quality data underpinning the solution.
Claire has had a significant number of years in the technology sector from both her time working within 1Spatial and through her experience at PwC where she was a technology specialist. Claire is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

setting the strategy and vision for the company
modelling and setting the company's culture, values and behaviour

allocating capital to the company's priorities

I lead testing on many of the projects at 1Spatial, working closely with our teams of expert geospatial consultants and developers. Within these projects I test the quality of our solutions and ensure that they meet the clients' requirements and specifications. The variety in my work allows me to exercise many different testing approaches and continuously expand and develop my skills. I am involved in 1Spatial's mobile development team, Team Morpheus, working on our mobile products such as 1Capture. My hobbies include palaeontology and all things crafty, and I have somehow managed to create a large overlap between the two.

Francis joined the Board in August 2017 as a Non-Executive Director.
Francis brings significant experience from his financial services background, having been at Ernst & Young from 1979 to 2015 where he held key positions, including as London and then UK head of corporate finance, global vice chair and then managing partner of UK & Europe transaction advisory services, global leader of sovereign wealth funds and ultimately senior partner for international clients.
During his time at Ernst & Young, Francis had responsibility for a wide range of teams and divisions, overseeing strategy development while delivering revenue growth. He worked closely with notable businesses including 3i, ArcelorMittal, Rexam, TPG & UBS. Francis is Chairman of British Business Investments, a government-backed investment company that helps provide finance to UK SME businesses, and he chairs the Board of Governors at Kingston University.
Francis graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in law, is a chartered accountant and a fellow of the ICAEW.
Key areas of responsibility for Francis as a Non-Executive Director are:

Issam is the Managing Director of 1Spatial France, Belgium and Tunisia.
Holding a PhD from the Paris University in physics and remote sensing, Issam started his career within Airbus as an R&D Engineer in the area of earth observation image processing. He then joined Thales where he was a Project Manager and then a Department Manager working on geospatial and imagery information systems dedicated to intelligence and cartographic applications with clients in the Defence and Mapping sectors.
After 7 years with Thales, Issam worked with Cap Gemini for 1 year to initiate a GIS division and then shortly took the role of COO at STAR-APIC, a Belgo-French SME offering GIS business software for Government and Utilities. He was the CEO of STAR-APIC when 1Spatial carried out the acquisition of the company in 2013. Following the acquisition, Issam became the Managing Director of 1Spatial France and Belgium.
In 2019, along with the 1Spatial CEO, Issam led the acquisition of Geomap-Imagis, a French company with a subsidiary in Tunisia. This acquisition was key to the growth strategy of 1Spatial and Issam is running the resulting integrated business in France and Belgium.
Issam brings to 1Spatial a large range of experiences gained during his career, working with large Groups and SMEs, addressing public and private sectors and always dedicated to the geospatial sector.
Jennifer has been CFO of 1Spatial Inc. (Americas) since 2017. In that role, Jennifer has streamlined and improved numerous financial accounting and reporting processes, as well as implemented numerous financial forecasting improvements. She has brought a focus on employee health and wellbeing to the human resources function in the US, and most recently developed employee-based return to office planning for a post-COVID environment.
Jennifer has 35 years of experience in the financial accounting and reporting arena, starting her career with Price Waterhouse, where she spent 9 years, gaining experience in a number of different industries including technology and banking and participating in an initial public offering, a $300 million acquisition, asset valuation projects, and many other proposed and executed transactions. She then transitioned to Dell Computer, where she was Financial Accounting and Reporting Senior Manager and Assistant Controller for the Latin America Region. Following her time at Dell, she transitioned to a CFO/COO position in the construction industry, broadening her experience in day to day business operations as well as strategic planning.
Jess has worked in a variety of roles within the HR team at 1Spatial since joining in March 2016. With a Masters in Human Resources Management, Jess is passionate about employee wellbeing and creating positive working environments. Before joining 1Spatial Jess worked across a variety of industries including education and local government. In her new role supporting HR across our different countries she is looking forward to establishing best practices and new links between our employees.

John O'Toole is a Managing Consultant with 1Spatial Ireland, with responsibility for the delivery of solutions to our key Irish customers.
He varies between working on-site with customers and working from his home in nearby County Meath. After dropping his two girls off to school, he has a morning scrum call with the team of developers and consultants who are spread across the island of Ireland. During the scrum call, they catch up on what happened the previous day and go through plans for the upcoming day. With many projects running in parallel, John spends a lot of the day in meetings with colleagues and customers - either remotely or in person. The frequent communication is essential to ensure we are delivering value to the ever-evolving requirements of our customers.
On finishing his working day, John likes to get out for a run to clear the mind. At the weekends, the mornings tend to be taken up with his children's sports activities. If time and weather allow it, the BBQ will make an appearance for the evening. John also recently invested in an Ooni pizza oven and is working on perfecting his Neapolitan style pizza - still a work in progress!

Kevin Sigwart is the Chief Operating Officer for 1Spatial Inc. Working with federal, state, and commercial clients, he architects innovative solutions to help solve data quality, integration and synchronization issues across disparate and siloed systems. Kevin is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on developing and architecting interoperable solutions across geospatial and non-geospatial systems. He has 15+ years of experience working as a geospatial developer, analyst, and architect. Prior to joining 1Spatial, Kevin held positions as a solution engineer for Esri and as a geospatial software developer for General Dynamics.

Starting just before COVID struck, I am a Business Development Consultant for 1Spatial Australia, focusing on Local Government and Utilities. I am based in Sydney, working mostly from home and am also currently completing a Masters in GIS and Remote Sensing from Charles Sturt University part-time.

The audit committee determines the terms of engagement of the company's auditors and determines, in consultation with the auditors, the scope of the audit. Pete is the Founder and Director of Upcurve Limited, which provide management consultancy services in areas of asset management, IT led transformational change and performance growth for organisations from start-ups to established multi-national organisations. Pete is a Chartered Engineer and graduated from the University of Salford with a BSc (Hons) in Natural Gas Engineering.

Phill Ridley is a Senior Business Development Consultant at 1Spatial. He specialises in Emergency Services, drawing on his previous award-winning experience as Geospatial Intelligence Analyst. Phill led the intelligence analysis for the UK's largest burglary reduction operation which resulted in a 20% reduction in burglaries.
As mentioned, Phill's knowledge of Emergency Services is paramount to his success and his attitude towards collaboration with customers has led to new solutions being developed for known problems in emergency services using 1Spatial technology. His solutions have helped customers such as the Home Office, Met Police and Counter Terrorism Police. He has been there so truly understands the customer's problems.
He has also supported the Danish National Mapping Agency configure the foundations of an automated solution to build and maintain a 3D National Building Model to help combat Climate Change in Denmark.
Outside of work, Phill lives in Surrey with his wife Hannah and their cat Ella, whom you'll likely spot making an appearance on Teams calls. He is the Director of Music at Holy Trinity Wandsworth where he leads a choir of 15 singers and organists.
Phill is also a keen bell ringer. Not only is he a member of the Guild of St Paul's Cathedral Ringers in London, but he is also a member of the Westminster Abbey company of bell ringers. You may have heard him ringing at the Queen's 90 th Birthday, annual national services, the Queen's platinum Jubilee or, most notably the Queen's funeral.
My role is to help organisations solve their spatial data challenges and make their business aspirations become a reality. Plus, I am the resident 1Spatial Ipswich Town FC Guru.
I've been working with GIS pretty much my whole career, with a background in Water Utilities, Policing and Service provision. My passion is contributing to business outcomes that make a real difference to people and our environment. When not working, I am kept busy with my 2 young daughters fulfilling many roles such as chauffer, stylist and funder of sweets!

I am an electronic engineer who has an innate interest in science and technology.
Working as a Senior Consultant at 1Spatial Australia, I spend my days tailoring solutions to meet clients GIS and data transformation needs, to ensure that they get the best results from their own data.
With a degree in Cybernetics and Computer Science, Seb joined Laser-Scan (which became 1Spatial) in 1997 as a Software Engineer. After working on many projects and a broad range of software as a Senior and then Principal Software Engineer, he then moved into Consultancy and then Product Management which provided insight into customer and industry needs and trends.
After leading Product Management for a number of years, Seb is now Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at 1Spatial.
As CEO for 1Spatial Inc. (Americas), Sheila has over 30 years' experience in the geospatial industry, 23 of which were with Esri Inc. During her years there she moved from the initial role of technical/technical sales into management, taking on the role of Regional Manager of the South Central US Esri office. Following 11 years in that role she moved to the Washington DC area and took over management of the Federal Sciences Sales team. During her tenure she also supported numerous international efforts, including support to Esri's Latin American distributors and support of various open geospatial events around the globe.
Sheila brings great excitement to the support of developing out implementations of the 1Spatial capabilities across the Americas. Recognizing the intrinsic value 1Integrate brings to the enterprise of data systems (both geospatial and non-geospatial), she finds great satisfaction in enabling data managers with capabilities to more efficiently and effectively ensure that their data is "fit for purpose".

Stuart joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer in December 2022. He is an experienced finance director with a strong background in publicly quoted international technology companies. Most recently Stuart was Group CFO at Fusion Global Limited, a provider of SaaS-based workflow software that generated £30m in annual revenue across its US, UK and continental European operations. His previous roles include Global Head of Accounting and external reporting at Zeal Network SE, a Frankfurt-listed eCommerce group. Stuart is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, qualifying with EY.
Key areas of responsibility for Stuart as Chief Financial Officer are:
member of the executive team and providing support to the CEO;
lead, manage and motivate finance team to drive continual year on year productivity improvements and efficiencies;
maintain the financial processes and continuously develop and assess the control framework to ensure integrity in all financial reporting;

As a Senior artificial Intelligence and machine learning specialist, I support geospatial data analytics and information modelling. I help organisations discover avenues leading to data-driven decision making.
When I am not working, I enjoy playing chess with my teen and watching planet earth with my toddler and my favourite pass time is to cook and experiment new cuisines.
Warren joined 1Spatial in April 2021 as Global Partner Manager responsible for managing and building an ecosystem of partners to support and complement 1Spatial's strategy and core expertise.
Before joining Spatial he spent ten years with IBM in their One Channel organisation. At IBM he managed traditional hardware and software resellers, Global System Integrators as well as Managed Service Providers. Although all three roles involved working closely with partners, the partnerships in all three divisions presented diverse needs and challenges. Warren believes that truly understanding the needs and drivers of different partners are key to ensuring the success of any partnership.
Outside of work he loves sport. In the past he played cricket for Zimbabwe B and represented the Zimbabwean hockey team at the All Africa games. He has played competitive cricket against India and Pakistan but nowadays enjoys playing hockey at a much slower pace, as well as doing scuba diving and running in his free time.
