Based in the heart of Bangkok, the aim of the gallery is to promote young and upcoming designers and makers through carefully curated events. 56thStudio believes that graphic prints, Illustration and furniture, just like fine art, deserve a space where the crafts are appreciated... 56th Design is a multidisciplinary design unit that works graphically three-dimensional. In our studio, form follows story. Our aim is to explore objects that are not only functional but also communicative. Trying our best to combine all creative notions altogether, we enjoy rummaging through a junkyard or a flea market to find weird and wonderful stories or underrated treasures... We are --- Saran Yen Panya, a creative director graduated from "Storytelling" department, Konstfack University in Stockholm, Sweden who works with all kinds of narrative methods from Graphic, Textile, Furniture, Food & Drinks to Animation. Napawan Tuangkitkul, a young creative entrepreneur that is also running a 30 year old home..
