Ryan Pepin

Ryan works with individuals and families that are looking to secure their financial situations, uplifting the worry that often arises from uncertainty surrounding money. Ryan enjoys helping young families and those in their retirement years experience the comfort that comes from having a clear plan. By getting to know you and your goals, Ryan works closely with his clients to develop strategies that maintain your financial health. In developing a strong relationship with you, he is your partner in monitoring your financial picture and checking in with you on your financial progress and life happenings. With nearly a decade of experience, Ryan previously worked with Prudential Financial before going independent in 2015 with Voya Financial advisors. He graduated from Iron Mountain High School and from St. Norbert College with a degree in accounting. When he's not helping out his clients, Ryan enjoys volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters and with the Kiwanis Ski Club to put on the local ski jumping event every year. In his free time, he enjoys working out, or you can find him golfing, hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his wife, Elli and daughter, Josie.

Scott Sanders

Scott partners with his clients to build a unique financial roadmap towards their goals-and maintain it throughout retirement. He's passionate about helping individuals and families experience financial freedom and financial clarity to truly enjoy their lives. Scott brings over 27 years of dynamic experience to his role, having owned Scott Sanders Agency as well as providing securities through FB Equity Sales Corp of Michigan. He also has his BS in Business Administration from Ferris State University and attended Kingsford High School. Scott is a proud member of the local Masonic Lodge and of Dickinson Area Chamber Alliance. Throughout the year, Scott is also a major sponsor of numerous community events. Giving back to the community is very important to him. Scott is a dedicated husband to his wife, Shannon, and proud father of two wonderful children, his son, Brian, and his daughter, Bryonna. Scott's son Brian, was born with Cerebral palsy and had to have many surgeries with Shriners Children's hospital growing up. This organization is near and dear to his heart, and he is an active member of Shriners international, the organization that helped him and his family throughout his life. Scott loves spending time with family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, skiing, golf and hunting with his faithful companion Skylar, his Fox Red Lab.
