I'm a Senior AI Scientist in the Office of the CTO at the Allen Institute, where I work on multi-modal deep learning for biomedicine. I also hold an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Urology at UCSF. My research interests include physics-based computational imaging, deep representation learning, and generalization properties of deep networks in scientific applications.
