Thank you for for your interest in me and my story. I have been in the restaurant industry for 29 years, beginning at the age of 19. I started out as a busboy in 1989 and eventually owned and operated my own restaurant for 10 years. I have worked in everything from fast food to fine dining, mom & pop places to corporate franchises, from bartender to general manager... Throughout it all, what has appealed to me most, is the "People"! Whether it has been my employees, my fellow co-workers, or the patrons themselves, meeting new people and getting to know them has always been my true passion. I have always been a positive, easy going person with a flair for fun & humor. I always enjoy a good laugh.
