Background: David Weaver is an accomplished Senior Project Management Executive with extensive international and domestic credentials spanning more than 25 years across the Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Telecom industries. David has a proven ability to create an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation.
Education: David holds dual degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL and is an accomplished commercial pilot and flight instructor. He holds Certifications in SPC 5.0 (SAFe Program Consultant), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and SAFe Release Train Engineer.
Background - Marc is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Trainer. He has over 8 years of agile experience working as Product Manager, Program Manager, and Scrum Master. He also has over 25 years of experience as a Project Manager. This experience and technical background as a developer, network engineer, and infrastructure manager prepared him as an Information Technology leader.
Education: Marc received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and completed his post-baccalaureate studies in Management Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas. He holds Certifications in CSM® (Certified Scrum Master) SPC 4.6 (SAFe Program Consultant) and Leading SAFe 5.
Background: Nazim is an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 19 years of technical and functional program experience. Nazim has solid industry experience in Oil & Gas through 14+ years of diverse project experiences in Upstream, Downstream, and Chemicals environments. He excels in Agile/Scrum delivery and transformations, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement. He has experience leading all phases of diverse Transformation, Enterprise Application and Salesforce deployment projects in global environments.
Education: Nazim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M and Project Management Certification from the University of Texas. As a Certified ScrumMaster since 2006, and SAFe 4.6 Program Consultant, Nazim helps customers create and execute their Agile strategy and roadmap. He also leads internal and external training for certifying Scrum Masters, SAFe Agilists, and Product Owners.
Background: Vanessa Wallace is a senior Information Technology (IT) professional with more than 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in program, portfolio, and product management. She currently leads large programs related to application development, master data management, infrastructure, and digital oilfield solutions.
As a servant leader of global, cross-functional teams, Vanessa leverages her expertise as a Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) to support teams as they transform from traditional project delivery to Agile and SAFe practices. She most enjoys leading teams to self-organization and business value delivery.
Education: Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS and she is also active in various community organizations including Gracewood, the JSU Alumni Association, and Kids Without Limits, a program she co-founded to serve special needs children and their families.
