AWANG MUHAMAD AIZAT BIN ABDUL RANI

Awang Muhamad Aizat is a graduate of Northumbria University, Newcastle where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) and LL.M in International Commercial Law. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales with Lincolns Inn in 2013 and admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2015. He completed his pupillage with Zain, Megat & Murad (KL) and continued his practice with Simon Hong Advocates & Solicitors before becoming a founding partner with Aizat, Josh & Peck. His area of practice includes matters in general litigation, tortious matter, debt recovery, commercial and contractual disputes, estate planning and will writing.

JOSHUA JASON NG

Alongside his two partners, Joshua is also a graduate of Northumbria University, Newcastle. Joshua was called as an advocate and solicitor to the Malaysian Bar in February 2019 and joined the firm in its previous iteration later the same year. His involvement in the legal world spans a broad spectrum, which includes but is not limited to commercial disputes, family law matters, bankruptcy proceedings, probate and estate hearings, employment disputes, Judicial Reviews and claims for liquidated ascertained damages (LAD) in cases of late delivery of properties by Developers. An avid sports fan, Joshua looks to bring that very same passion and tenacity to all the firm's endeavors. Through those qualities along with preparation, practice and perseverance, he will work tirelessly to ensure that the services provided to you, our client, is of the utmost satisfaction.

PATRICK PECK

Patrick is one of the partners of the firm and has been in practice for more than 9 years. Prior to setting up Aizat, Josh & Peck, he spent more than half a decade with a leading law firm in general litigation. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitration and a holder of the Professional Diploma in International Arbitration. His experience in litigation includes contractual disputes, debt recovery, breach of trust, product liability, defamation, civil fraud and renovation disputes. Apart from trial and appellate work, he is also familiar with enforcement and execution proceedings which include writ of executions, garnishee proceedings, equitable execution and insolvency proceedings. He has also acted for multinational companies in a number of employment and industrial relations disputes. He appeared in a number of reported cases involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and forced resignation. He is also well versed with consumer law and has taken up cases against established manufacturers for faulty products.
