Following successful completion of the five-year Orthopaedic Residency program, Dr. Alayan decided to specialize in the field of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery. She completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. During her fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Alayan worked alongside many of the nation's leaders in the field of Spine Surgery. After completing this top fellowship program, Dr. Alayan pursued a second Spine Surgery fellowship.
