Mrs. Almonte Lare performed incurred cost audits and pre-award assignments under Federal Acquisition Regulations (48 CFR 31) for private A/E clients and for several State Department of Transportation agencies, including the Maryland State Highway Administration, the Vermont Agency of Transportation, Connecticut Department of Transportation, Georgia Department of Transportation and the Arizona Department of Transportation. She was involved in "Mega-Projects" with over $2.5 Billion in expenditures. These projects include: The Wilson Woodrow Bridge, The I-10 Work in Arizona & California and the Inter-County Connector in Maryland. She has also worked on several Federal Single Audits and U.S. Department of Commerce Advanced Technology Program (ATP) Audits for G.E. Global Research. Cherly received her Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting from the College of Saint Rose and now resides in Schenectady, NY with her husband, two daughters and her dog.

A leader in the Government Contract Audit Field, with over 40 years of specialized experience providing accounting, auditing and consulting services, Tom brings extensive, diversified knowledge in the area of public sector procurement, auditing, compliance, and control. He is a nationally recognized expert in the effective use of audit methods to support professional services procurement in government transportation programs, and is experienced in government accounting and budgeting, procurement regulations, claims auditing, municipal, transit and airport fiscal operations. Tom worked for the New York State Department of Transportation for over 20 years, ultimately directing the contract audit unit for his last five years. In addition, Tom was a key participant in joint activities of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Audit Sub-committee, the American Council of Engineering Consultants, and the Federal Highway Administration in guiding Federal legislative initiatives for coordinating multi-state audits of engineering firms. More recently he has played a leading role with his state agency clients in developing approaches to controls and audit oversight of design build projects and was part of the original writers of the American Association of State Highway Transportation officials (AASHTO) guide, assisted the Federal highway Administration with developing and presenting training on new regulatory and statutory guidance for auditing overhead of engineering consultants across the United States. Tom was the former owner of TG Associates CPAs, which was founded in 2003 to provide compliance audit and consulting services to government contractors and agencies.
