I am a licensed RN, a lifelong learner in the area of wellness and brain-body pathways, and a spirit filled lover of the Most High God who made us!!!... Most recently I worked as a staff nurse on a busy level 1 trauma/stroke center ICU, and have almost 30 years researching and integrating complimentary and alternative medicine, natural remedies, and holistic therapies... My initial interest came after a challenging personal diagnosis in 1985. I found myself in the midst of a process and biomedical model that seemed to fight my understanding of well being - spirit, soul, and body - and spurn my desire be well, not just manage a disease. This continued through 1998, during which time I dug deeper into the science and began applying various practices into my own life and others.
