For almost 30 years, Mr. Gonzalez has endeared a long-standing career in commercial real estate, under multiple disciplines as an Investor, Acquisition Specialist, Lender/Banker, Sales Manager and Appraiser.
Trafalgar Developers of Florida in 1977 and over the next 13-years he worked her way up through the ranks and held various positions including Manager of Field Accounting and Property Manager.
For the next 17 years, Mr. Dahl held various executive accounting positions with prestigious companies such as Hilton Grand Vacation Club, Sunterra, and Starwood Hotels. Most recently, Mr. Dahl served as the Chief Financial Officer for Runaway Beach Club Holdings which converted the Runaway Bay Apartments into a full-service upscale resort community call Runaway Beach Club.
Mr. Dahl received his MBA from Northwest University in Chicago Illinois.

Mr. Crause began his hotel career over 32 years ago and brings to the team a wealth of experience in general hotel operations, sales and marketing, multi-property management, food & beverage and back of the house. He started his career as a night auditor and quickly rose through the ranks of the industry. Mr. Crause was appointed his first General Manager position with Journey's End Hotel Corporation in Ontario, Canada where he was recognized with the company's highest award, General Manager of the Year from over 110 locations.
From there, Mr. Crause has held various senior level positions from Area Manager to Vice-President of Operations overseeing 7-franchise resorts in the highly competitive Orlando market. Mr. Crause has been honored to work for prestigious brands such as Choice Hotels International, Hilton Hotels, and Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Included in Mr. Crause's diverse experience is turn-around scenarios and distressed asset management as well as converting 3-resorts in the Orlando market into ‘Condo-Hotels' taking the projects from conception to completion.
