Mr. Mbanefo has been a director of our Company since October 2021. Mr. Mbanefo is the Managing Partner of Phoenix Merchant Partners LP, a merchant banking and private credit business. Previously, Mr. Mbanefo was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Principal Business and Asset Management for ORIX Corporation USA. Mr. Mbanefo also previously served as the Chief Investment Officer of Barclays Bank PLC. Mr. Mbanefo currently serves as chairman of the advisory board of Datatailr Inc., a financial and data analytics and development firm, and has been a senior adviser to Banyan LLC, an e-commerce data solutions firm. Mr. Mbanefo graduated with a BSc with Honours from Loughborough University. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant. Mr. Mbanefo has been a director of our Company since October 2021. Starting January 2023, Mr. Mbanefo is the Managing Partner of Phoenix Merchant Partners LP, a merchant banking and private credit business, where he previously served in the same role from September 2019 until February 2020. From February 2020 to June 2022, Mr. Mbanefo was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Principal Business and Asset Management for ORIX Corporation USA, the U.S. subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, a publicly owned, Tokyo-based international financial services company. In this role, he led investments across private equity, private credit and real estate, with a focus on the U.S. middle market. He was also an Advisory Director of the Board of ORIX Corporation USA. Mr. Mbanefo served as the Chief Investment Officer of Barclays Bank PLC from March 2017 until June 2019 where he was responsible for all the investment of the balance sheet of Barclays Bank PLC across corporate and investment banking, markets, pension and asset management, cards and payments. Prior to this role, he was a Head of Markets at Barclays from September 2015 to February 2017 and a Managing Director at the firm in various market leadership roles from May 2009 to September 2015. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Mbanefo served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of two alternative investment management firms. In addition, since May 23, 2022, he has been the Chairman of the advisory board of Datatailr Inc., a financial and data analytics and development firm, and a senior adviser to Banyan LLC, an e-commerce data solutions firm since September 1, 2022. He is an advisory board member of the non-profit, Room to Read, in both London and New York. Mr. Mbanefo graduated with a BSc with Honours from Loughborough University. Mr. Richards is the Chairman of Prodrive Holdings Ltd., a British motorsport and advanced engineering group, a position in which he has served since the firm's founding in 1984. Jason W. Hauf is Chief Financial Officer of BGC Group, Inc., overseeing the financial operations of the company. His responsibilities include Financial and Regulatory reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury Management, Risk and Investor Relations. Mr. Hauf joined BGC in 2022, bringing over 30 years of financial management and public accounting experience in international organizations. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and CFO of Exos Technology and Financial Partners, where he helped to establish an investment bank and technology company from the ground up. Before his time at Exos, Mr. Hauf served as Managing Director and CFO of Royal Bank of Scotland, Corporate and Institutional Banking Division, Americas. He was also previously Vice President at AIG Financial Products Corp. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand. John Abularrage has served as Co-Global Head of Brokerage and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for BGC Group, where he was responsible for leading, developing, and growing BGC's brokerage business in the region. Mr. Abularrage joined BGC Group in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of financial services experience to the business. Dr. Bell has been a director of our Company since July 2013. Dr. Bell is currently the Claire Tow Professor of Economics and Provost Emerita of Barnard College, Columbia University. Previously she has served as the Provost and Dean of Faculty at Barnard College, Columbia University since 2012, where she also was the Claire Tow Professor of Economics. Prior to joining Barnard, Dr. Bell was the Provost and John B. Hurford Professor of Economics at Haverford College from 2007 and 2012 and a member of the faculty since 1992. Dr. Bell has been a director of our Company, and prior to the Corporate Conversion, BGC Partners, since July 2013. Dr. Bell is currently the Claire Tow Professor of Economics and Provost Emerita of Barnard College, Columbia University. Louis Scotto is the Chief Executive Officer of Fenics Markets Xchange (FMX). FMX is an electronic trading venue that combines BGC Group's market-leading Fenics Rates and FX platforms with its new FMX Futures Exchange. Mr. Scotto joined BGC Group in early 2011 as Executive Managing Director for the Americas business, before assuming leadership of the North America business as General Manager. He then went on to serve as Executive Managing Director Americas and as the Global Head of Fenics USTreasuries for BGC Group. With over 30 years of experience in the broking industry, Mr. Scotto's career started in 1981 at Garban. There, he was the Head of Technology and served as President of Garban Computer Systems. In 1985, he joined Mabon Nugent where he served as General Partner and Chief Administrative Officer. In 1992, Mr. Scotto joined Liberty Brokerage in London, and from 1994 to 1999 he built the business of Liberty Eurasia, returning to New York in 1999 as Global Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Brokerage. In 2000, Liberty Brokerage merged with Tullett, and Mr. Scotto served as Chief Operating Officer of that business until 2003, when the company merged with Collins Stewart. He became Group CEO of Collins Stewart Tullett, Plc. and, upon the acquisition of Prebon, Mr. Scotto was promoted to CEO of Tullett Prebon, Plc. From 2007 to 2009 he served as CEO of Tullett Prebon Americas and from 2009 as a consultant to Tullett Prebon. Stephen Merkel is Chairman of the Board of Directors of BGC Group, Inc. and is Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He is also on the Board of Directors of BGC Group's FMX business. Additionally, he is Executive Vice Chairman, Executive Managing Director, and General Counsel for the Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. group of companies, which includes BGC Group, Inc., Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., and Newmark Group, Inc. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 1993, Mr. Merkel was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs & Co., dedicated to the J. Aron Division. Before that, he was an associate with the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Irving R. Kaufman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Merkel received a Bachelor's degree with a major in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Merkel is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation.
