After 10 years, her knowledge of art objects expanded by joining the Trust and Estates Department at U.S. Trust Company of New York. At U.S. Trust she focused on the legal aspects of tangible personal property and estate administration. In 2004, Amy began appraising and auctioneering full-time... Amy Papola has a multi-disciplined decorative art background in appraisals, auctions, and collection management. She began at Sotheby's New York in Arcade Decorations and later transferred to Sotheby's Appraisal Company. She produced over 2,500 valuations for collections worldwide including the estates of Marlene Dietrich, Betsey Cushing Whitney, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.
