Ade Williams is the Chief Strategy Officer of AMTTAZ Consulting (AMTTAZ) AMTTAZ is a Management consulting company providing a wide range of management consulting services to public and private organizations in the United States and Africa. Ade Williams is a transformational public Service executive in the United States of America. He retired after more than 32 years of public service at the Cities of Dallas and Grand Prairie in the State of Texas. Williams served in various executive positions in Dallas including, Director of Business Development and Procurement Services, Assistant Director and Purchasing Agent, Assistant Director of Code Compliance Services and recently retired as the Assistant Director for Utility Operations with Dallas Water Utilities. The Water Utility has an asset of more than 5 billion dollars, 1500 employees, annual operating budget of $500 million and capital Projects budget of $300 million. Williams was responsible for the following divisions Utility Automation & Integration, Material Services & Logistics, Utility Management Systems & Security, and the City of Dallas Enterprise GIS Services. Prior to joining Dallas, Williams served as Budget Director for the City of Grand Prairie, Texas. As Dallas' Director of Business Development, Mr. Williams managed the supply chain and procurement processes with an annual spend of almost 1billion dollars successfully. He also raised the MWBE participation (Diversity Inclusion) Program goal from 13% to 70% above goal. Williams was a member of the City of Dallas team that built a landmark Hotel, Dallas Omni (a $500 million project). As Budget Director in the City of Grand Prairie, Mr. Williams streamlined the City organization, improved customer service, reduced expenditures and increased organizational efficiencies. Ade Williams obtained B.A. and M.P.A. degrees from the Wichita State University, Kansas. Prior to that, he obtained an A.B. Degree from Northern Oklahoma College, Tonkawa, Oklahoma. He is a Certified and Master Contract Compliance Administrator, a professional designation obtained from the Morgan State University, Baltimore Maryland.

MS. SONYA J. WILLIAMS

Ms. Williams heads our Human Capital Management Practice. She is a high-integrity Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the non-profit sector. Authentic leadership style with the interpersonal savvy to build relationships at all levels, collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders. Strategic agility and operational prowess in developing and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives and fiscal accountability. A certified leadership coach thought partner and mentor adept in building trust and fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement. Experienced in developing policies, best practice programs, budgets, and action plans to improve employee experience, optimize performance and drive change. Strong people management skills and hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law and compliance, EEO, Affirmative Action Planning, and reporting. Twelve years of experience administering benefits as an employer with a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement Plan (MEWA) and eight years of Board service designing MEWA benefits in partnership with service providers; ensuring plans met the needs of members, attracted prospective members, offered quality benefits, financial viability and regulatory compliance. Ms. Williams has an M.A. Degree In Management from Webster University, MO., A Certificate of Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell, NY, and an Executive Leadership and Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, Washington, DC.
