I am a Human-centered Designer who discovers and defines a problem, then empathetically designs solutions for people and business. I am experienced in crafting user experiences for business-to-business and consumer-facing domains and I also believe in ensuring all work is effective, appropriate, and delivered within agreed timescales. I am also working on sustainable methods of design in an attempt to become a more responsible designer with a motive to change behaviour. You can find me watching football matches when not working or watching TV shows on innovation or sustainability and wildlife.
