Growing up as a young child in my father's household I was always interested in watching him cook Haitian food. I would stand side by side with my father prepping and preparing every Haitian dish. One of my favorite dishes that my father cooked was legume. Not only did I enjoy this dish, but I also learned to cook it just as good as my father. Fun fact, legume is a dish that is highly favored by Anna's Hot Plates Cuisine customers. My father filled me with tons of knowledge on how to prepare every Haitian dish he made. To me my father was a proficient chef, and no one could amount to his work. Because of my father I came to realize how passionate I am about cooking. Therefore, I took the opportunity to open my own Catering business named Anna's Hot Plates Cuisine, LLC. In my catering business we serve Haitian meals available for everyone to enjoy.
