Vijay Lancy has been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak at various seminars, workshops at the IIM's, Management Institutes, Schools etc. Vijay lancy'spassion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.
