Bryan Ayers, owner and principal broker of Apex Realty, was born and raised on a farm in Robertson County, Tennessee. He developed a strong work ethic and the desire to help others early in life, waking up at dawn to toss hay bales and help his family with whatever needed to be done.
When he wasn't helping out on the farm, Bryan enjoyed learning about real estate from his grandparents, who owned and rented multiple properties. Bryan bought his first rental property when he was 19 and knew right away that nothing made him happier than connecting people with property.
Bryan's wife is a registered nurse at North Crest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. Together, with their three children, they enjoy playing sports and relaxing in the great outdoors.
Crystal's love for real estate began with buying investment properties with her husband. She's now a certified real estate negotiator. Being able to take a property and make it into someone's home and see their homeowner dreams come true has really inspired her to want to be the one that not only provides clients with the home, but to also be the one to help buy it.
Crystal came from a medical background, so customer service is a number one priority for her. She loves spending time with her family at home or just simply enjoying the beautiful outdoors. She looks forward to helping you make your home buying experience seamless so that you can start making lifelong memories.
Greg was born and raised in Springfield, Tn, in the heart of Robertson County. He grew up on the family farm with two great entrepreneurs, his dad and granddad. Greg learned the art of kindness, honesty, and good work ethic from his two mentors and continues to incorporate those tools into real estate.
Greg, his beautiful wife, Ashley, two children and dog, Bledsoe have a few acres of their own where they raise beef cattle, chickens, and a donkey named "Boots".
He'll work hard to assist you in buying your dream home or property as well as selling your present home or property.
Helen is a middle Tennessee native with a strong legacy in real estate and roots to her community. She's no stranger to buying, selling, renting or leasing due to the teachings of her father. A real estate professional, a community member and a neighbor who is dedicated to Middle Tennessee.

Helen and her husband call Springfield, Tennessee their home. They have two daughters, two miniature donkeys and enjoy giving back to their community.
Loryn was born and raised in East Nashville, Tennessee. She moved to Robertson County in 2019 when she bought her first investment property. After renovating the property, she knew that real estate would be the perfect career for her, the feeling of making someone else's dreams come true brought her so much joy.
Loryn married her high school sweetheart, Tyler in 2017 and welcomed their first child into the world in 2022. She loves traveling with her family, and spending time together at home.

Stephen is a native of Robertson and Cheatham counties in Tennessee. He is one of eight children, graduated from Pleasant View Christian School, attended Middle Tennessee State University, and has been married to his high school sweetheart, Beth, since 1995. Stephen has four wonderful children and has lived his entire life in Middle Tennessee. He has been a licensed real estate agent since January of 1991, a licensed auctioneer since June of 2008, and owned his own real estate company from 1999 to 2022. Stephen has helped families in the Middle Tennessee area buy and sell well in excess of $100,000,000 in real estate. If it has happened in the world of real estate, he's probably dealt with it.
Tish has lived in Cheatham County most of her life. She graduated from Cheatham County High and holds a BS in Business Management. She has been a commercial real estate appraiser for 24 years after making a career change, when her youngest child started to school. She has appraised almost every property type available from a farm to a multi-tenant strip center.
She became a licensed real estate agent several years ago when she began investing in real estate as well as purchasing and renovating homes for resell.
Tish has been married to her husband since 1985 and has two grown children. She can help you in both your commercial or residential real estate needs.
Tonya is a born and raised Nashvillian. After growing up in East Nashville, Tonya and her family have resided in Greenbrier, TN for many years.
She has a love for all things home, from old to new, and from design to decor. She loves helping others find their family dream home.
Tonya, with her husband, Lyle and two children, love the beach, going to The University of Tennessee in the fall for football games, or just spending time together at home.
